Delivery Policy
Welcome to Katin Floral's delivery policy. We are dedicated to ensuring your flowers reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. To ensure the highest quality and care for every arrangement, all deliveries and pickups must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance. This allows adequate time for sourcing, design, and preparation so each piece meets our standards.
Delivery
Delivery is available to local clients only within a 25-mile radius of Huntington Beach, California. Delivery fees are determined by location and will be calculated at the time of booking. At this time, we do not offer shipping or long-distance delivery.
Pick Up
All pickups must be scheduled in advance and will take place at the following location:

Huntington Beach, CA 92649
Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth handoff and the best condition of your florals.
Refund Policy
At Katin Floral, we take great pride in the quality and care of our work. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’re always happy to review and address them.
All refunds, replacements, or adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the nature of the order, timing, and circumstances. Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral arrangements, refunds are not guaranteed.
